As the founder and CEO of The Community School for Human Arts, she curates programs that empower transformation, blending practical tools with creative exploration and embodied learning.

    Through her teaching and mentorship, Leili guides individuals and communities to strengthen their gifts, cultivate resilience, and reimagine what’s possible in both personal and professional life.

    Kerry is an integrative wellness facilitator, 200RYT yoga instructor, and women’s guidance facilitator. With over a decade of guiding outdoor expeditions and intentional spaces, she weaves movement, nature, and creativity into practices that honor the body’s wisdom and the intimate connection between self and environment.

    As the founder of Juniper Sol Embodied Healing, she crafts small-batch skincare with wild flora from the Eastern Sierras, carrying the essence of place into the rituals of daily life.

  • Marybeth Donahoe

    Instructor & Workshop Facilitator

    Marybeth Donahoe (aka Mb the Yogi) is an experienced yoga teacher known for her focus on connecting the mind, body, and soul through carefully curated classes, workshops and retreats. She has been studying yoga since 2008 teaching yoga since 2013, and specializes in the healing arts of the subtle body, through myofascial release, and somatic movement. She is a transformational mentor and loves leading wellness retreats through her company Rewild Your Soul Retreats in order to help others on their journey back home to their inner radiance. Her philosophy emphasizes the enriching aspects of yoga beyond the physical practice, seeking to infuse meaning and depth into everyday life. Her life's work is aimed at helping people deepen their connection with themselves and live a more vibrant and intentional life.

  • Nicole Koch

    Instructor & Workshop Facilitator

    Nicole Koch is a nervous system educator, Qigong teacher, and yoga instructor. She is the founder of the Power Restore® Method, a healing framework developed from her lived experience and years of study, blending science and embodiment to support nervous system regulation and resilience.

    Extensively trained in many modalities — including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative and Yin yoga, Qigong, and Breathwork — Nicole has also created and facilitated teacher trainings, bringing both depth and accessibility to her teaching. Her classes are rooted in experiential learning, where students not only move through practice but also explore the science and philosophy behind each modality and its direct impact on the nervous system. This unique approach allows students to both learn and feel — walking away with embodied tools and deeper understanding.

    Her style is lighthearted and supportive, offering deeply restorative practices while also incorporating more strenuous movement when needed — making her classes accessible for both active movers and those seeking rest.

    Nicole is the co-founder of Two Little Birds Retreats and has been leading local and international retreats for more than a decade. She is a passionate traveler with a global mindset and lived abroad with her family for many years. She loves creating experiences that are transformative for participants while also honoring and supporting the communities she partners with.

  • Sheri Welsh

    Instructor

    Sheri Darya Welsh (RYT-200, RCYT-95) was born in Iran and raised in the Philadelphia, PA and Washington, DC areas. She began practicing yoga in 2007 to cope with anxiety and depression and noticed an immediate shift, not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually.Six years later, she received her RYT-200 from Pilgrimage of the Heart yoga studio in San Diego and mainly practiced Iyengar yoga in Bethesda, Maryland for several years. After giving birth to her daughter in 2017, Sheri left her 15+ year marketing career to focus on motherhood and wellness. Sheri began her children’s yoga journey in 2019 and soon thereafter became a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT-95). In 2020, Sheri, her husband and young daughter moved their lives from Maryland and traveled across the country, settling in beautiful Lake Tahoe. Sheri has taken continuing education courses in Yin Yoga (50hr), Prenatal Yoga (30hr), and is currently studying to become a certified Pilates instructor.

    Emily Weer has been immersed in the healing arts for over 25 years, with a passion for supporting women in healing, empowerment, and embodiment. As founder of Sovereign Women’s Gathering, she has guided over 150 women each year in retreats rooted in connection and remembrance.

    Her offerings include women’s specific pelvic floor bodywork, massage, sound healing, kirtan, and tantra—woven together to create spaces of deep restoration where women feel profoundly welcomed and empowered.

  • Delana Hubscher

    Delana has been focused on movement from a young age when she started dancing at 5 years old. This led to college with a B.F.A. in Music Theater and a professional theater career. Delana got involved in fitness first as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor in NYC to help between acting jobs. Yoga was discovered when she needed something to help keep her body injury free, and a love was born. Delana completed her yoga teacher trained at Sonic Yoga in NYC and the opened YogaCentric in 2005 in NJ. When she and her family decided to move to Truckee she sold her studio and began exploring teaching opportunities. Delana is a vinyasa teacher with a strong focus on alignment. In her class you can expect focused movement while exploring your own bodies capabilities. Her classes is grounded and creative, while giving you a full practice and the ability to quiet your mind.

    An International Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with a Master's Degree in Yoga Therapy, Brooke's style blends ancient yogic traditions with modern science — all rooted in deep compassion, purpose, and trauma-informed care. Every session is a journey toward authenticity, healing and deep embodiment. Brooke has dedicated her life to embodying and sharing the practices of Yoga. She finds gratitude daily for being able to support her clients in becoming the best versions of themselves, physically, mentally and spiritually.

    While pursuing a career in culinary arts, gourmet & medicinal mushroom farming, market gardening, and a lifelong passion for fine woodworking, I also studied and practiced frequency meditation, music theory and delved into the power of sound healing. Eventually, I found Vibroacoustic therapy and its subtle yet profound effects on the nervous system as a tool to assist with the depth of Self-exploration and transformation. It is my mission to assist others to connect with vibrational frequencies and to enhance trust in their innate gifts and to cultivate conscious awareness. I am offering Vibroacoustic sound sound immersions to support people on their path to health, peace, and transforming inner states of being.

    Brooke's inspiration for facilitating Circles is to be in community while creating a "we" space for us to experience the benefits of a heart minded practice. She has been holding Circles for over 5 years and practices sitting in Circles as often as she can. Her offerings are supported by the completion of Paula Mallis's Circle Facilitator Programing, on-going study with Thomas Hubl, Maryam Hasnaa and the rich lineage of ancient wisdom traditions world wide. Brooke and her family have lived in Truckee for over a decade but also have deep roots in San Francisco where she was raised and owned plant & garden stores for over 20 years. She continues to find joy in service and creating connections between each other, nature and self.

  • Crystal Boutelle

    Instructor & Music Teacher

    Crystal Boutelle has been on a musical journey since the age of 9. She grew up as a flautist and singer. In college, she was a member of a large chamber choir at UC Davis. Since moving to Truckee she has been a member of many different bands, from an 11 piece power horn band, to rock, jazz and blues bands, and mellow duos, along the way learning to play electric bass. In 2008, she began teaching voice, flute, ukulele and bass and has absolutely loved working with a large variety of students from musical actors, to singer songwriters, choral members, and recording artists. She conducts private lessons, semi private lessons, as well as group lessons and band coaching. She teaches children and adults from 5-85 years old. Her favorite aspect of music is harmonies and the energy and emotion that is created from the intertwining of different notes with unique vocal timbers.

    Brooke Chabot has been a musician and teacher in the Truckee area since 2007. She brings her passion for teaching and love for music into every classroom. Brooke has spent over a decade helping young children discover the joy of music as a Music Together director and teacher. She has also taught countless students of all ages in private and group lessons on multiple instruments. She is especially interested in the transformative power of music and enjoys guiding students through personal growth and discovery. A passionate performer in the band Rubicon Gold, a music educator, and lifelong learner of music, Brooke thrives on sharing the joy of music with others, believing that it has a unique ability to connect people across all walks of life.

    Rachel is a breathwork facilitator, somatic practitioner, and sound healing guide devoted to creating spaces of transformation and renewal. She weaves conscious breathing practices with embodied awareness and immersive soundscapes, supporting participants to release tension, access deeper layers of presence, and reconnect with their innate vitality and wisdom.

  • Eléa Bosqué-Oliva

    Creative Workshop Facilitator

    Eléa Bosqué-Oliva is a lifelong educator, artist, and creator whose work weaves together the natural world, mindfulness, and artistic exploration. After 20 years as a credentialed school teacher, Eléa transitioned her focus toward the healing and transformative power of art. Her creative practice includes weaving with pine needles and natural fibers, mixed-media art, and projects that honor the cycles of nature and the rhythms of the seasons.

    Eléa offers engaging and enriching experience for all ages, blending skill-building with imaginative exploration, mindfulness, and connection to the natural world through art, yoga, and presence. Her work inspires participants to explore their own creativity, develop confidence, and see the beauty in both the process and the finished masterpiece.

    Wendy has been submerged in the traditions of yoga, Middle Eastern, North and West African and Flamenco dance forms for over 3 decades. The focus of her teachings are about allowing the body to move with music and sounds from around the world while learning isolation, rhythm and technique in the fusion form of dance known as belly dance.
